My journey as a fashion therapist began many years ago. During the past 13-plus years as a stylist, I have learned that I am not only styling a woman's body but also her self-esteem and confidence.
My past work experience in teaching and family therapy has prepared me perfectly to style women using a unique process. I combine my teaching skills and therapy background to help women develop a mindset shift when it comes to dressing.
We will begin our styling experience together by exploring your relationship with clothes.
It's a heart-centered approach, helping women rediscover their beauty and confidence by first exploring how clothing can be a powerful tool of communication.
